I come to your offices and set up a compact mobile studio on site.
All I need is around 4 × 3 metres of clear floor space near a power socket.

Please allow around 45 minutes for setup, after which I work efficiently through the team — typically 5–10 minutes per person depending on the brief. This approach works well for anything from a small leadership team through to larger departmental shoots.

This is very common — and completely normal.

My job isn’t to force smiles or rush people through. I work calmly, giving clear, practical guidance and making small adjustments that make a big difference.

Because the shoot is tethered to a laptop, people can see the images as we go. That reassurance alone helps most people relax very quickly, and by the end of the session they know they have something they’re happy with.

For Essential Headshots, each person receives a minimum of three fully edited and retouched headshots.

The standard format is a horizontal head-and-shoulders portrait, which works well across websites, LinkedIn, and press use. Vertical versions can be provided if required — just let me know in advance.

Images are delivered within three working days via secure digital delivery. If you’re working to a tighter deadline, that can usually be accommodated.

Yes — and many clients do.

Once I’m on site, I can capture additional corporate photography such as, group shots, workplace imagery, or event coverage during the same session.

If you’re planning something broader, I can provide a bespoke quote, particularly for large numbers of people or multiple offices.

Your headshots are supplied with a clear, business-focused usage licence.

This typically covers use across:

  • Company websites and intranets
  • LinkedIn and other professional social platforms
  • Marketing and communications materials
  • Press and editorial use relating to your organisation

If you need extended usage — for example advertising campaigns or third-party commercial use — that can be licensed separately and clearly agreed in advance.
